In autumn 2008, FLMI
had the privilege of becoming acquainted with a precious orphan girl named Marion. Marion lives in Nairobi,
Kenya. Although she had never attended school before, Marion has been able to receive academic education
in a Christian environment since January 2009 through the support of FLMI partners and friends. Through
the faithful financial giving of FLMI friends and partners, Marion has continued to receive the total expense
of all her academic needs paid in full. These funds have provided her school fees, school transportation,
uniforms (including shoes), computer classes, and academic tours. Marion is very happy and grateful for
the support FLMI partners and friends have given to make going to school a reality in her life. Ministry outreach extends
even further through the Marion Education Fund (MEF).
Earlier in 2010, the Lord presented to FLMI
opportunity to support other children in need for their academic education. A good education can make a big difference
in the future of a child, especially for those who live in economically depressed regions. By helping a child to attend
school and receive essential academic knowledge and skills, we are providing a solid foundation for their life in the days
